1. Who we are
rimsnap.com ("RimSnap", "we", "us") is operated by Lumerce Media, registered at RCS Paris under number 894 468 743, SIRET 894 468 743 00014, VAT FR84894468743, with its registered office at 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France. Email: info@rimsnap.com – Phone: +33 7 82 68 19 22.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on rimsnap.com. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted them. The version in force on the date of your order applies.
3. Products
We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are offered while stocks last.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply (see our Shipping Policy). Standard shipping is free. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if the product is unavailable; in that case you are refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide within the times stated in our Shipping Policy. If delivery is late beyond the stated time, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable extra period; if we do not, you may cancel the order and be refunded in full (Articles L.216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the parcel.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Conditions, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Nothing in these terms limits these rights.
10. Liability
We are not liable for misuse of the products or for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
All content on rimsnap.com belongs to Lumerce Media or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
13. Marketing messages
We send marketing emails or text messages only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to our texts.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Disputes are brought before the competent courts in accordance with the law.
