Shipping policy

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the countries we ship to.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs and carrier delays.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact info@rimsnap.com as soon as possible if it needs correcting; we cannot change it once the order has shipped.

Missing or late orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact info@rimsnap.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email info@rimsnap.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
